APCC Hours Tracker is a personal productivity tool that helps track clinical hours for LPCC licensure. This policy describes how the application handles your data.

Data We Access

This application accesses the following Google services with your explicit authorization:

• Google Calendar (read-only) — to read calendar events and classify them as clinical hours.
• Google Sheets — to store validated hours data in your own Google Sheet.

How Data Is Used

• Calendar events are read solely to detect and categorize clinical hours.
• Validated hours are stored in a Google Sheet owned by you.
• Daily summary emails are sent to help you review and confirm your hours.

Data Storage

• All hours data is stored in your own Google Sheet — we do not maintain a separate database.
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to access the Google services listed above.
• No data is sold, shared with, or disclosed to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data remains in your Google Sheet for as long as you choose to keep it. You can delete it at any time. Revoking the app's access in your Google Account settings will immediately prevent further data access.
